Modular design: SPMT consists of multiple independent modules, each of which can be controlled individually or connected with other modules to form an overall transport platform.

The traveling hydraulic modular transport vehicle has ultra-large load, modularization, intelligence and multi-mode steering. The transporter is composed of axis modules and power modules, and the transporter adopts bus microcomputer control, hydraulic drive walking and hydraulic independent steering. Its maximum assembly size can reach 1,000 axes, and the maximum load capacity can reach 25,000 tons. Each unit module is equipped with 1 ~ 2 axes drive axles, and adopts a dynamic dispersed arrangement; A set of steering and walking drive control devices are arranged on every two axes to achieve distributed control. Under the unified coordination of the main control unit, the parallel system of up to 1,000 axes can realize synchronous walking, multi-mode steering and platform lifting.

Scope of application: metallurgy, electric power, shipbuilding, petrochemical, marine engineering, construction, large-scale transportation, railway construction, equipment manufacturing and other fields, can meet almost all kinds of heavy-duty transportation applications.
